The field represents the farmland, or your workshop, or your office, or the marketplace, or your home,  or wherever you do your business. The business must be a legit, it should be among the acursed things. Acurse things here includes all proffession,occupation and service rendered for and in exchange for rewards or remuneration.

Bringeth forth: means what was harvested from the field, what do you get from your livestocks,what was harvested from your wine plantation,what was your harvests from the fish farm. This refers in business arena,to the Turnover of your business, or your total sales incomes. You salaries,your fees, your bill-charges, your cash rewards and compensations,among others.

Year by year: means annually (twelve months period), beginning from the month of the farming season to the period of harvests,note that the (the period of harvest might not be at the last month of the year neither will it coincide with the time that the LORD GOD has set for the gatherings and presentations ). For instance, harvest might be in the tenth to eleventh month, while the month for the gatherings might also be in the eleventh month or twelve month.
Now for salary earners, it has to be done monthly, or every fortnight as the case maybe, before consolidating it annually if you want to. While for business,it should be daily set aside into accounts or weekly consolidations and remittance.
